The Villeret Tourbillon Bi-Cylidrique 110 Years Anniversary Limited Edition is a new, wonderful surprise from Montblanc, designed to pay tribute to exactly 110 years of superb craftsmanship coming from the renowned German manufacturer of luxury goods.
The bespoke in-house timepiece reveals the brand’s dedication for high-end wristwatches once again. Inspired by the maison‘s first fountain pen series, the “Rouge et Noir,” Montblanc’s new watch will impress you with the serpentine motif, featuring a seductive snake that coils around the face.
Housed within a 52 mm case, in brilliant 18k red gold with a domed sapphire crystal, this piece shows off a hand-engraved anthracite serpent – integrated into the bezel. The time is shown in a beautiful Heures Mystérieuses complication, which looks amazing, to say the least.
This opulent piece will stand out even from a selected crowd, like Montblanc’s most recent releases. The special Villeret Tourbillon Bi-Cylindrique 110 Years Anniversary is powered by Montblanc’s manually wound Cailbre MB M65.63, which runs at 18,000 bph (2.5Hz) and features a 46-hour power reserve.
The extraordinary one-minute tourbillon is constructed from 95 hand-chamfered, bevelled, angled, and polished elements, the result of true dedication from the German label.
Montblanc continues to innovate while retaining their heritage and extreme attention to detail, a statement supported by this spectacular watch, that’s going to be produced in a limited run of just three pieces. Complemented by a sultry black leather strap, this watch will come with a 280,000 EUR price-tag.
