The 2017 Karma Revero Is A Slightly New Beginning

Karma Revero

This week probably all eyes of the automotive world have been focused on the new Karma Revero as this hybrid beauty has been officially revealed. It’s been quite a long time since the Fisker Karma has been in the news, and probably no one saw this coming, but this supercar is back, and it’s even better.

The 2017 Karma Revero  is set to cost $130,000, offering customers the option to choose from many different colors, wheels and calipers and promising to deliver a unique driving experience. Although this ride has been slightly upgraded, the petrol engine and most of the equipment is still there, and the design looks almost unchanged, which is a good thing if you ask us, because we totally loved the Fisker Karma.

As such, you should expect a 260-hp turbo four-cylinder engine from GM, while the on-board charger has been upgraded from 3.3 kW to 6.6 kW. The battery offers 50 miles worth of electric driving, while the company claims that the Revero will do 0 to 60 mph in 5.4 seconds – when it’s in Sport mode.

The infotainment system on the Revero is completely new, developed in collaboration with Rightware and using the Kanzi UI design software. New high-definition cluster and touchscreen are there to impress drivers and passengers, with integrated access to HVAC and Infotainment functions – among many other features.

The Revero is also said to have Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with a dedicated 4G connection helping out with the navigation. The solar roof still looks cool and provides enough power to move the car, giving you up to 1.5 miles of electric range per day.

The online orders for this beauty are set to start by the end of September, so you should start saving some money if you like what you see. You don’t mess with Karma!
